 NOTE:Thisunitwillnotdetectshieldedconductors,thatiselectricitysourceswhichareinside

nonferrousconduit.Usethemetaldetectionfaceinthiscase.

MAINTENANCE

• Aftereachuse,cleanthedetectionfacesofalldebrisasthiscouldaffecthowwelltheunit

detects.

• Ifstoringthedetectorforalongperiodoftimewithoutusage,itisadvisabletoremovethe

battery.

 NOTE:Donotdisposeofthisdetectororthebatteriesasunsortedwaste.
